A wonderful example of a m1853 Type 3 Enfield rifle musket. These saw extensive during the American Civil War. The wood is extremely sharp and has never been sanded. There is some loss to the ramrod threading, but it does not detract from the ramrod being even with the mouth of the muzzle.
This one is void of any mechanical issues, 100% complete, and has great display elements. It would fit in well with any Civil War collection.
